The CAP™ Travel Assistance App is hardware-independent and can be used with any device that has an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. The CAP™ Travel Assistance App uses cellular data networks and runs in the background on installed devices, which may decrease battery life. Customizable settings allow the user to enable or disable the location tracking feature.


The CAP™ Travel Assistance App is free to download. To use the app, the user must purchase the appropriate CAP™ Travel Assistance Plan directly from FocusPoint International, or in-directly from one of FocusPoint International’s distributors or channel partners.
