You can subscribe to the plans on the app for full feature access.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable which means that once purchased they will be auto-renewed every month until you cancel them 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings.

Payment will charge to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
