Car Number Plate Reader

This app detects Car Number Plate from photo library picture or live camera (not for moving cars). It locally stores detected plate's image and location for your future references. You can update number plate with meaningful tags and send number plate data by email.

It doesn't require internet connection for detection and uses your phone run Machine Learning algorithm.
