Your review score highly impacts how your offers are ranked on the buyer side. For example, if your review score is above 4.6 Star, even the discount rate of your offer is lower than other salespersons, your offers are still ranked at the top. That's how good-reviews salespersons are rewarded. We found buyers tend to trust good-review salespersons, rather than care only about the price.
