When visitors hit our shores for Carnival, the only thing on their minds is fete after fete after fete after fete, with the climax of Jouvert, as well as Monday and Tuesday Mass. They want to maximize their time and not spend it in various camps for costume collection.

Very often, visitors are faced with numerous challenges that can take away from the carnival experience:

• Time lost from the long wait in line for costume pickup
• Visitors may be still out of the country at the schedule costume collection date
• The alternative date and time may be conflicting with another Carnival event
