Carriers Dispatch App: Uniting Owner Operators and Dispatch Services together for Building Profits.
The Carriers Dispatch App is designed to create a seamless connection between owner-operators and their dispatch services. This interconnection ensures the entire trucking team works as a unified unit focused on building profits.
Forming a United Team focused on building Profits.
If you, as an owner-operator, want to form a cohesive team with your dispatch agents, request your dispatching service to start using the Profit Analyzer App. This will enable you and your dispatching service to work together as one unit with a shared goal of increasing profits.
Why Use the Carriers Dispatch App?
This app allows you and your dispatcher to collaborate effectively with the shared goal of building your profits. Many owner-operators who hire a dispatch service get plenty of loads, but 90% struggle to achieve outstanding profits. Often, the loads booked lead to significant losses, leaving them with negative profit and loss statements because the losses exceed their gross earnings. Why continue to bleed cash with a dispatch service that’s not focused on building your profits and only adds to your expenses?
The Carriers Dispatch App focuses on your PES (Profitability Evaluation Status). Why is PES important? A positive PES indicates that your business is succeeding. Many trucking companies go bankrupt because they lose all their revenue and cash reserves. Without working cash flow, there is no business. Why achieve high gross revenue if you’re accumulating massive losses that drain all your reserves?
This app provides you and your dispatcher with a way to monitor progress and a clear direction to aim for. Both you and your dispatcher need to know if the loads being booked are causing losses. If a load results in a loss, are you both looking for ways to recover it? Every time you move your truck, you’re spending money. After completing a load, are you achieving a profit or a loss? If it’s a loss, are you recovering those losses to increase your profits?
Working with a dispatcher requires you both to be interconnected with a focus on understanding how to build profits. Each owner-operator's situation is different, and continuously monitoring and evaluating your PES is crucial to the success of your trucking business.
Get Started with the Carriers Dispatch App:
1. **Account Creation:** Your dispatcher, who uses the Profit Analyzer App, must create your account.
- Your dispatcher will need your truck's current odometer reading.
- Request your dispatcher to get set up with the Profit Analyzer service to use the Carriers Dispatch app.
2. **Download the App:** Once your account is created, you, the owner-operator, can download the app.
3. **Login:** Use your credentials to log in to the app.
4. **Enter Each Completed Load:**
- When submitting a load, enter the load payment and your truck's odometer mileage at the time of completion.
5. **Repeat This Process:** Continue submitting each load after completion.
6. **Generate Reports:**
- Every time you submit a completed load, a report is generated showing whether you are building profits or increasing losses.
- A negative PES means you are destroying your profits, your business, and your life. Reconsider the loads you accept to ensure they contribute to your success. A small negative PES can be recovered, but a large loss is much harder to recover from.
Start operating to win because building outstanding profits is the ONLY reason to become an owner-operator.
