We will do the rest and your CarryOn will be ready 1 hr ahead of your departure time, at the pick up location nearest to your gate.

CarryOn meals are fully cooked, so all you have to do is heat them up or open the lid and enjoy them cold-each meal is created to be eaten either warm or cold, so the choice is yours.
