Requirements:

What functions does the app offer?
Dashboard
This is where you will find an overview of all your daily appointments including linked contacts. And you can of course access individual appointments directly from the dashboard.
Contacts
You can contact all of your contacts directly from the app by telephone, e-mail or SMS. By using a variety of contact lists you can structure and order your contacts to display them, for example, according to various criteria you’re your important key accounts, or colleagues. The global search function is also a great help when trying to find the right contact. And of course, you can add new contacts quickly and easily using the app.
Appointments
Different calendar views such as, daily, weekly and monthly or list formats are available for you to use. And you can even view and create appointments in calendars for your resources and other team members, for example, colleague views or meeting rooms.
Opportunities
Discover and recognize new sales potential using live access to your opportunities. Change turnover information, or sales process phases and much, much more while on site or working mobile.
Projects
View the current status of your projects and access project-related information by applying filters to the dossier.

Dossier
To view a 360 degree view of your customers using your iPhone, you simply use the app to access the respective contact or appointment dossier. There you will find all the linked data records displayed chronologically. Linked contacts and appointments can be opened directly, however, for all other data record types (for example: documents or phone calls) only the most important information is displayed in a compact format.
