Casa da Torre

Casa da Torre is a scientific and cultural equipment, located in Caria, where there is an important archaeological collection related to three different periods - Medieval, Roman and Modern.

This Center for Archaeological Studies can be visited by schools, researchers, scholars or by the general public.
This space includes, in addition to the exhibition rooms, a small auditorium prepared for educational visits or scientific meetings, an outdoor amphitheater, a garden and a restoration workshop. This area aims to be participatory, developing various activities in the field of research, promotion and dissemination of heritage.
The experience, available in Portuguese and English, is personalized and accompanies the visitor in discovering the space.
