Cashew - Your online book club

We love reading. And we love to discuss & share things we read - with our family, friends, strangers, everyone who might be interested! For that, we created Cashew. The one place to discuss your actual book reading with dedicated communities, based on your highlights extracted from your favourite books. Cashew is free to use.

Cashew is based on communities. Communities can be based on simply different people or on topics. For example, there can be community dedicated to Business Books. Join a community of your interest and follow all the shared reading highlights of community members. If you want to create a new community, you can do so on any given time. Just hit the dedicated button, type the name of your community and send invitation links to the folks you wanna read with!

Sharing your reading highlights is easy. Just take out your camera, focus the part you would love to share and capture it. We convert your paragraph into text and let you tag the book you have it from, add an additional note and post it the community of your choice. Your highlight is afterwards visible to everybody in the community and can be discussed by everyone. By clicking on an highlight you can see and follow the conversation related to a highlight. Just read through the conversation or enter the conversation by typing a reply.
