With Casita, you can stop using Excel, Numbers, or any other spreadsheet software. The Casita mobile application allows any landlord, property manager or real estate investor to easily and efficiently manage all of their expenses and income for rental properties. Note: The number of tenants available to add depends on your subscription plan. The first tenant is always free:
- $3.99 / month - Maximum of 5 tenants
- $7.49 / month- Maximum of 10 tenants
- $13.99 / month- Maximum of 20 tenants
- $25.99 / month - Maximum of 40 tenants
- $55.99 / month - Maximum of 100 tenants
- $111.99 / month - Unlimited tenants

Auto-renewable subscriptions work under the following guidelines:
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
