This product is designed to provide convenient, fast and accurate calculations for steelmaking system personnel.
In the continuous casting process, the casting blank is subjected to secondary continuous cooling. During the solidification process, the thermal conductivity of the slab, the cooling effect of the spray and the quality of the slab are limited. The design of the secondary cooling system requires a calculator to calculate the solidification thickness.
This app provides a quick calculation of the solidified thickness of continuous cast steel. The staff can use the APP to avoid the shortcomings of manual calculation: slow design process, low engineering efficiency, calculation error, etc.
