Cautios is an iOS App that utilizes public data from the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registry Section to alert Oregon citizens of local offenders in their area.
FEATURES
- Offender Map: Users can access the location of all of the level 3 sex Oregon offenders in relation to the user's current location.
- Offender List: Searchable offender list based on location
- Help Button: Users can link the help button to people in their contacts that they trust (family members, close friends, etc.). When the user feels unsafe they can activate it, and it will automatically text the exact location of the user to their close contacts
FUTURE APPLICATIONS
-Expansion to all 50 states
-Compatibility with the Cautios personal awareness device by bluetooth.
