1. Cleaner GPS Tracking
a. The app uses your cleaners phone GPS to record travel information through Google maps for vehicle travel confirmation and expense data.
b. Provides instant information for your payroll, logging time in and time out of sites your cleaners are allocated too.
c. Provides additional cleaner safety by providing the cleaner location should the cleaner be incapacitated.

2. QR Code Scan Login
a. This can be used as an alternative to GPS tracking should GPS tracking not be viable for your cleaner. Providing an additional login feature that allows the cleaner to use the app to scan a QR code, providing entry and exit times directly to your CBS Software Portal.
b. Provides instant information for your payroll, logging time in and time out of sites your cleaners are allocated too.
3. Quality Audit Histories
a. When a CBS Software Mobile Audit is completed and submitted, it is immediately saved to the cleaners app. The cleaner will have a permanent performance history of Quality Audits for any site they have been allocated.
4. Direct Client Communications
a. When a client, a cleaner is allocated too, raises a compliant through the CBS Client Login Portal, the complaint is immediately recorded into the cleaners APP. This ensure immediate seamless communication for immediate action.
5. Periodical Cleaning Check List
a. The app provides the cleaner with periodical cleaning specifications and time frames.
b. Using the App the cleaner can check off completed periodical tasks.
c. Once a completed periodical task is submitted, a completion confirmation including description and time and date stamped photos will instantly be submitted to your office and the Client Login portal
6. Cleaner Calendar Schedule
a. The app provides the cleaner with a calendar of their work schedule and provides a summary of the cleaning specifications, cleaning days and times.

7. One Off Job Notifications.
a. When you allocate a job to a cleaner from your CBS Software Portal, the job details are sent directly to the app.
