CCSDS Calculator

Ingenicomm’s CCSDS Calculator app is an easy-to-use tool for in-the-field calculation of CCSDS telemetry and telecommand data formats and rates.

Users can choose from a wide variety of frame and packet parameters to create a custom data frame, see it generated in real-time, and view bit-level details and field positions in either Details or Diagram view.

In Details view, CCSDS Calc lays out the user-specified custom frame bit by bit, enumerating bit lengths and ranges for each frame component. If applicable, Reed-Solomon data such as Virtual Fill and Interleave Depth are also available.

In Diagram view, CCSDS Calc dynamically draws the fully interactive calculated frame.

From either view, users may tap on frame components to view more about them, leading to a Details/Diagram page for the selected component.
