“CDM Talk” is to put citizens at the centre of governance which uses the latest technology to
improve communication between community and government, whilst providing a platform for
citizens generated data regarding service delivery challenges. This Application is innovated to
promote active citizenry and to improve trust between the citizens and municipalities
The App will make it easier for customers to report comments, complaints, compliments, and
queries regarding municipal services at the Municipal service counter. To record all complaints on
the electronic or mobile Application Customer Care system and give reference numbers to
customers which will be automatically generated when the comment has been recorded. Alerts - to
inform community about any disruptions that may be caused by maintenance. The App is also linked
to the Municipality website, for prompt updates.
