Using the free Medicaid Connect app, HARP members can quickly and easily contact a professional for assistance with:

-Mental health benefit questions – Speak to a live specialist about health benefits.

-After-hours support – In crisis? Call CONTACT Lifeline from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. to immediately talk to a live, licensed mental health professional.

-Medical case management – Connect with a registered nurse or medical social worker for assistance with dealing with chronic conditions and health emergencies.

-Member services – Speak to a live, local, and knowledgeable member services representative about benefits, claims questions, and more.

In addition, members can look for a doctor using the Find-A- Doc search tool and access the CDPHP Medicaid website – all with the tap of a button.
