Celiver Rider

Celiver Rider is a mobile application developed to streamline the delivery process for riders operating within the Celiver delivery ecosystem. The app is designed to seamlessly interact with the Celiver Customer App, where customers place orders, and the Celiver Admin Web App, where admins manage delivery logistics. The Rider App empowers delivery personnel to manage assignments efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Target Users:
Delivery riders affiliated with the Celiver network (bike riders, e-bike riders, motorbike riders, etc.)

Key Features:
Job Management
- Receive real-time job alerts when new delivery tasks are available.
- View job details: pickup/drop-off locations, package size, customer info, delivery notes.
- Accept or reject delivery tasks (based on availability).
- View task queue with job status: Pending, Started, Completed

Navigation & Tracking
- Integrated GPS navigation to help riders efficiently follow the pickup and delivery route.
- Live map view showing current location and destination.
- Admin and customer can track rider's live location.

Real-Time Status Updates
- The system updates each stage of delivery:
- Arrived at pickup
- In transit
- Delivered

Admin Interaction
- Riders can receive task reassignment updates and “Task Cleared” prompts when a job is revoked by admin.

Delivery History & Logs
- View previous jobs with details and timestamps.
- Filter by completed, failed, or canceled jobs for reference.

Settings & Profile
- Rider profile info and working hours.
- Availability toggle (Online/Offline).
