Cell cycle is the series of events that happen as cells grow and divide. All organisms rely upon cell division for reproduction, repair and growth. Thus, this cell cycle game has been designed with the objective to make student understand the events taking place in the cell during cell cycle.
This game uses a roulette wheel format to challenge students to use what they know about cell division to play a game in which they identify phases of cell division (mitosis). This game enhances students’ knowledge on cell cycle in the following ways:
