Challenge Mobile App

This app gives Challenge EI therapists the ability to write session notes for professional services delivered, on the mobile device. Therapists are able to create, sign and submit :
· regular session notes

· cancelled session notes

· makeup session notes


The app facilitates a simple secure and efficient method for submitting required session notes. No need to carry paper copies of pre-filled session notes to all sessions. All you need is your mobile device! It also eliminates many errors that may occur with paper session notes.

This app is for Challenge Early Intervention therapists only. A secure login to the Challenge Webmaster is necessary to use this App. If you do not have a login, you may contact our office at web@challenge-ei.com to obtain one.
