For example: CHT community member arrives at conference and a notification with a content item lands in phone with instructions for a special breakout session. User has ability to opt-in or deny this feature.

Our HereNow feature requires persistent location. HereNow provides the ability to deliver content that is location relevant. With HereNow an organization can set a location, a radius, a time period, and attach a content item. When an app user who is following the organization and has opted in for push notifications and has enabled location sharing arrives at that location, the content item is delivered. This is a critically important feature for our platform. It is important to note that we do not sell, mine, or share use data. There is not advertising in our platform. Use location is ONLY used to deliver HereNow content that is explicitly created by an organization that a user has chosen to follow and who has explicitly opted-in to receive by enabling location services. We do not maintain any tracking information whatsoever. The app pings the platform to determine if the user is within a HereNow activation zone, and no record of their travels is maintained.
