Combined gas law is a gas law that combines Charles' law, Boyle's Law and Gay-Lussac's law

Charles's Law calculation

by Kevin Isaacman

What is it about?

Combined gas law is a gas law that combines Charles' law, Boyle's Law and Gay-Lussac's law. It says: "The ratio of pressure to volume and temperature in a system remains constant." Its mathematical expression is: PV/T=k. Here P,V,T and k are pressure, volume, temperature and constant respectively.

Introduction to law
The Combined gas law is a gas law that combines Charley's law, Boyle's Law and Gay-Lussac's law. Before the formal merger, they were just merged. Each of these three laws (when the other condition is constant) mathematically connects one parameter of thermodynamics to another. Charlie's law says; When the pressure is constant, the volume of a gas is directly proportional to the temperature. Boyle's law states that at a certain temperature, the pressure of a gas and its body are inversely proportional to each other. Gay-lussac's law says; Pressure is proportional to temperature at a given volume. The interrelation of these variables is represented by the combined gas law, which can be expressed simply as:
"The ratio of pressure to volume and temperature of a system remains constant."
Expressed in mathematics, is:
PV/T=k
Here: P is pressure; V is the volume; T is the temperature; Denoted by Kelvin; k is a constant.
To compare the same object under two different conditions, this law can be written as:
P1V1 / T1 = P2V2 / T2.
