HOW DOES A VIRTUAL DOCTOR VISIT HAPPEN?
The patient receives a message and a notification from the care partner notifying the appointment time. A patient can also find their upcoming appointment on the app home page.
Patient will receive a call from the doctor at the time of their appointment.
If the physician is running behind they may message you within the ChatWellMD app.
VIRTUAL VISITS ARE 100% CONFIDENTIAL - we take privacy very seriously. Your visit with the doctor is confidential and HIPAA compliant.
