Are you always calorie counting? Do you want that one day when you can over indulge with whatever you fancy and not worry about the calories?

With cheat day you can do exactly that. The average calories per day is 2500 for men and 2000 for women. By keeping track of the calories you eat and not eating the full amount of allowed calories you can bank 6 days worth of unused calories in the week and on day 7 ENJOY!

Cheat day is very basic and simple to use, just enter the calories you have after each time you eat/drink and the app will keep track for you. Make sure you start it 6 days prior to your planned cheat day, ie. if Saturday is your cheat day start the app on the Sunday prior.

There is no steep monthly subscriptions with this app, just a one off fee of 99p meaning you can treat yourself to some nice cake!
