Check Yourself is a no-frills conflict resolution app that prompts the user with the fundamental questions to prepare for a situation to move from conflict to resolution. The only one of its kind, Check Yourself gives the user the option to look over the questions or answer in the app and email themselves their responses.
To help the user get an honest look at their part in the conflict, once the user moves onto the next question, they cannot change a previous response.
