Checkup Coach by Chai

Checkup Coach is a general wellness app designed for healthcare providers to asses their own HPV vaccine communication skills. For 12 weeks, providers answer a short survey relating to their vaccination practices and communication concerns. Each week they receive tailored, evidence-based, tips. Graphs help providers monitor their progress over time.
Healthkit is integrated with the Checkup Coach app. Participants do not directly interact with the Healthkit app. Healthkit is integrated to allow admins to access users health data. Participants are aware that their survey data is being collected through the app. The health data includes only object type subclass data such as numerical values from the participant surveys. No identifying information is being collected by Healthkit or the Checkup Coach app.
