Chef Hung Ching-Lung, who originally was from Jinmen, Taiwan, where its residents have the characteristics of integrity, earnest and diligence, started to study how to cook professionally since 17 years old, and have been learning and perfecting his skills in the restaurant and food industry for more than 20 years.
