James set up Chelsea Personnel in April 2019 to address a recruitment skills gap in the London/Surrey area. Prior to that he worked with two high profile recruitment companies. Over many years he has built enduring relationships with his strong network of clients and candidates, placing many of them several times throughout their careers.

His focus within Chelsea Personnel remains to ensure that as a team we continue to deliver the best candidates in the market to our clients, providing insight and advice to both parties along the way, and ensuring the experience is efficient and enjoyable for all involved.
