The Cherokee Health app connects you to your Cherokee Health Systems Team with instantaneous access to support resources and self-management support material.


Cherokee Health Systems patients can use the app to:
-Talk with a Behavioral Crisis Clinician
-Talk with a Recovery Navigator
-Login to their patient portal and access health records
-Locate their nearest Cherokee Health Systems clinic
-Sync Apple Health or Google Fit data collected on their smartphone device to be sent to their Cherokee Health provider, enabling better care planning
-Access resources to help plan for, prevent, and act in a moment of crisis
