Chicken Fun Run

"Chicken Fun Run serves two primary functions: it provides precise timing for boiling eggs in various styles and offers a dynamic recipe generator focused on eggs and chicken-based dishes.

Upon opening the app, users activate local notifications for egg timing alerts and daily recipe suggestions. The main interface presents a segmented control to choose the desired egg cooking mode: soft, hard-boiled, poached, or others. Once the user selects a mode and starts the timer, a large countdown is displayed.

The secondary feature allows users to access the recipe screen, where they can choose between two main ingredient categories: eggs or chicken and specify the type of meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack). A generated recipe is then displayed, complete with a list of ingredients and step-by-step instructions.

Data, including the last five egg timers and up to ten saved recipes, are stored locally within the app using CoreData. The bottom tab bar provides access to the history and settings sections, where users can clear history, enable or disable notifications, and view version information."
