As baby’s caregiver, you may input the following data into the app to be sent to baby’s care team to aid in disease management:
• Oxygen saturation
• Heart rate
• Intake of formula or breast milk (by mouth or tube)
• Output of stool, wet diaper, or vomiting
• Videos (maximum of 15 seconds each)
• Red flags (your concerns or questions)

The app is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, mitigate or prevent disease or health conditions. The app is a tool caregivers can use at home to assist with disease management of inter-stage babies.

Your baby must be actively enrolled in the CHAMP program at Children’s Mercy Kansas City, or another participating health care provider, in order for you or another caregiver of your baby to use the app functionality.

The CHAMP app is available in nine languages, including: English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Filipino, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese.
