We are ChitChat Application Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. ChitChat is an application that connects users from around the world through public chat room service, and to join preferred public chat rooms based on their communities, interests, guidance, support and hobbies. The main use of our Platform is to create a secure, welcoming and friendly environment where users can socialise in a fun and respectful manner via public chat rooms.

ChitChat is a freeware instant messaging application, users can chat on a variety of topics for free of cost. Making new friends from around the world whether from the same communities, share the same interest, hobbies or provide support.

The platform is targeted for people of all age groups (minimum age of 16), belonging to a certain community, interest or seeking advice with each other over the platform. 

ChitChat is zero-tolerance policy platform on any form of abuse from bullying, racism, harassment, sexism, sexual misconduct and discrimination. Users will have their freedom of speech, however disrespectful or abusive behaviour will lead to users being warned to clean up their act. If users choose to ignore they’re warning and continue to break the rules. This can lead to their account deletion and being blocked from further accessing the platform.

With public chat rooms there are always potential risks and safety measures. ChitChat we try to minimise these risks and safety by providing in-app safety features and encourage our users to be safe by not giving personal or financial information (name, address, mobile number, private email address and picture, bank details or transfer money) and avoid meeting in person.
