Chittilappilly Square is a one-of-its kind venture by noted industrialist and philanthropist Shri.Kochouseph Chittilappilly under the aegis of his charitable society K Chittilappilly Foundation.
The project is conceptualized as a Wellness Park & Event Hub. It's a multidimensional facility, with public spaces consisting of beautiful landscapes, playgrounds, walkways, sports and games areas, adventure activities, swimming pools, Event centres, meeting places, food courts, etc., where the public can find an oasis to unwind from the stress and strains of day-to-day life and develop a holistic lifestyle.
The ChiIllappilly Square Wellness Park is an 11-acre project site located off Seaport Airport Road, opposite Bharata Matha College, at Kakkanad, Kochi. The park is designed to cater to the fitness, fun, and adventure needs of the public. Here are some of the facilities available at the park:

Fitness - Fun & Adventure Activities
Open Gym - The open gym provides a variety of fitness equipment for workout, with the workout area roof covered with solar panels and hanging gardens around the building.

Jogging Track - The public park has long walkways/jogging tracks around the park and through the gardens, open to the public for morning and evening walks and jogging.

Pedal Cycle Track - The park provides four types of cycles, including normal bicycle, family cycles, duet cycle/tandem cycles for entertainment purposes.

Landscaped Area for Exercise & Rest - The natural garden has park benches for visitors, making it an ideal place for the city dwellers to refresh and recharge themselves from the increasing stresses.

Cricket Batting Pitch - The park has one standard cricket batting pitch.
Basketball Court cum Volleyball Court - There are more than two single post-basketball courts for practicing purposes. The same court can be used for Tennis, Volleyball practice.

Roller Skating Track - This track can be used by both adults and kids alike.

Butterfly Garden - The open butterfly garden gives more attraction to the public park, bringing the beauty of nature close to the visitors.

Water Body with Friendly Fish, Sawan Ponds - The park has water bodies with friendly fish and sawan ponds.

Children's Play Arena - The park has children's play areas equipped with a variety of playing equipment and activities.

Rock Climbing - An adventure rock climbing attraction is added to the park, which can be used by adults and kids.

Swimming Pool for Adults and Kids Pool (2 Pools) - Swimming is a fun activity and the best way to keep fit and healthy. It is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits that one can continue for a lifetime.
Children's Traffic Park - This is a traffic park in which children can learn the rules they should follow on the road. Children are allowed to use bicycles or pedal-powered cars to navigate the streets and operate according to traffic laws. One of the intentions of the traffic park is to improve awareness of traffic safety among school children.

Double Rope Course - The double level rope course will thrill those with an adventurous spirit.

Zip Line - The zip line is another thrilling adventure attraction, which is a trolley suspended on a steel rope mounted on a slope and designed to enable a person propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable.

Event Hub
Multi-Purpose Halls - The ChiIllappilly Square houses Convention centres and multi-purpose indoor as well as open halls that can be used for a variety of purposes like holding marriage, corporate events, exhibitions, film & music events, or any other similar functions.

Cultural Activities - The public can conduct cultural programs in a vast pavilion stage.
