What is it about?

It is a replacement to the Guest Register for any individual accessing the property, office, residential complex, private residence. Body temperature data can also be captured for each individual. The Visitor will scan the QR code provided to the establishment upon their arrival. Post Registering his personal details on the application and purpose of the visit, the individuals Check -In time with & the purpose of the visit will be captured. As an option, an intimation can be sent to admin/ guard Or receptionist of the premise to capture the individuals body temperature. Once leaving the premises another scan validates his Check out time. This solution helps societies, receptions and guards to reduce the capturing of the data manually and automises & makes the process Contactless. Authenticity of the data is higher as OTP validates the phone number entered. Accordingly the analytics can be provided to monitor and trace individuals accessing the premises. Alternatively this solution can also be used as Attendance Monitoring System as well.
