All data synchronizes with your doctor’s portal to help them understand your progress and how it should impact your care plan.

How Does it Work?
First, your doctor has to decide that you’re a good fit for Chord Health and create a prescription. Once you download the app, you simply have to enter your mobile phone number and enter the 4-digit pin that is texted to you so that we can securely connect your prescription. After a couple of easy onboarding steps and allow permissions to connect with health kit, you have access to your guided therapy and daily activity goals based on your steps from health kit that will help you improve your overall health and decrease your risk for continued knee or back pain.
