Christie's for iPad

Christie's, the world's leading art business, is a name and place that speaks of extraordinary art, unparalleled service and expertise. Christie's offers over 450 auctions annually in over 80 categories, including all areas of fine and decorative arts, jewelry, photographs, collectibles, wine, and more.

Christie's iPad application allows you to browse upcoming sales and lots, review auction results, download sale catalogues and learn how to buy and sell with Christie's.

HOW IT WORKS

- BROWSE SALES: From the homepage you can either view one of our featured auctions or view all upcoming sales by tapping the CALENDAR button in the navigation at the bottom of the screen. Tap on any of the lots to view a full screen image. Tap on the image to review lot details for lot description information, provenance, and special lot notes.

- SEARCH SALES AND LOTS: Use the search bar in the top right corner for quick access to lot content

- DOWNLOAD SALES: If you are going to be away from an internet connection and would like to have sale data and images easily accessible, you may download a sale to view offline. Simply click on the 'Download Sale' button under the Sale title and info on the CALENDAR page or the Download icon at the top of the screen while navigating through the sale. This download will live in the LIBRARY section under "MY DOWNLOADS."

- VIEW RESULTS: View results of past recent sales and monitor results in real time using the 'Refresh' button on the Results page.

- MYCHRISTIES ACCOUNT - log into your mychristies account to place absentee bids and track sales/lots

-LIBRARY: Download select catalogues and special publications to your iPad. Click on the LIBRARY link on the homepage or the navigation at the bottom of the page and select a catalogue for download to your device. Note that Catalogues are large files and may take significant time to download and will take up space on your local device. You may delete a catalogue at any time.
