يقوم الساكن بالبحث عن السلعة او الخدمة المطلوبة و اختيار افضل العروض المناسبة له.
ثانيا : صاحب النشاط
يقوم بادخال بياناته و ادخال العروض الخاصة به و انتظار السكان للطلب او الرد عليه
