* Applies additional visual tweaks to make the site display better on mobile devices, including adjusting the layout to fit portrait screens, and compress comment threads.
* Sidebar starts collapsed by default. Adds a button to toggle it open/closed.
* Can specify an alternative frontend (eg: libredd.it) if preferred
