What is it about?
Basic tool to format the phone numbers of your address book correctly, with the "+" sign and the international prefix.

Basic tool to format the phone numbers of your address book correctly, with the "+" sign and the international prefix.
Hence transform these "garbage" numbers in working phone numbers everywhere in the world with most mobile phone carrier.
You can process your whole address book or only a subgroup.
You can UNDO the process if you see a mistake in the log.
It's an unassuming soft written a long time ago for my own use, but still useful since this basic functionality is still not integrated to the address book
