You can see the 100% legitimate Service Providers' reviews provided by other people in your community who have used them. You are empowered to maintain your privacy by messaging Service Providers through in-app text messaging, allowing you to reach out to providers without divulging your personal contact information. Go ahead and hire a Service Provider (or don't, as there is NO obligation to) and we'll take care of removing the unselected Service Providers' proposals from the system; you don't need to worry about making that uncomfortable call letting them know you've chosen someone else or that you've decided to not move forward with what you were looking to have done. Finally, once you hire the Service Provider and the job is complete, conveniently pay them with your credit card that is stored securely within the app and provide a quick review of the Service Provider.

From a Service Provider's vantage point, you can post your profile for FREE (i.e. free advertising), allowing users to see your reviews and contact you. You get to view job postings in your area for FREE (i.e. free leads) and provide bids on those jobs for FREE.
