Cleva for Care Agencies allows your carers to spend money safely on behalf of your clients. Your team can use a Cleva card for shopping and other expenses, spending money from a client’s virtual wallet, while every transaction is recorded and timestamped.

Cleva is a shopping and expense card, built just for Care Agencies. It’s a simple, safe way for your staff to spend money on behalf of your clients. It cuts management time and costs, adds safeguards to spending and provides peace of mind to your clients and their families.

HOW CLEVA WORKS:
* Every client has a digital wallet. You can load money onto this wallet on a regular schedule, for example £100 per month, or you can top it up when required.
* Each carer has a single Cleva card. This card allows them to spend from any client wallet.
* When they are shopping, the carer simply opens the Cleva app, selects which client wallet they want to use and the next purchase on their Cleva card will come from the chosen client wallet.
* Your staff can also use the app to check how much is on a client’s wallet, so they can be sure that money is available to spend.
* Cleva tracks every purchase so you know who spent the money, when and where, and even allows the client’s family to see what’s being spent on behalf of their loved one.
* There’s no need to carry around multiple cards, and no need to collect any payment from a client before going shopping.
* It’s safe, simple and protected.
