Customers are able to enjoy the area with peace of mind having the ability to shop, have a cocktail, or explore the surroundings while they receive real time updates as to their place in the queue at the desired venue
Guests simply open the Clever Queue app, choose the desired venue or browse from a list of available venues, open the desired venue’s information page and click “Join Virtual Queue”. Guests will then receive updates as to their place in the .ueue. Guests also have the ability to add custom preference tags such as allergies, birthdays and if they are in need of pram space or a baby booster.
