But customer service today is anything but one-touch or on-demand. Despite rapid advances in digital communications and technology, you’re still expected to phone in to call centers during “normal business hours,” where those dreaded interactive voice response systems, hours of holding time, and clueless agents reign supreme.
This is not how customer service is supposed to work in the 21st century.

We’ve launched Clickatell Touch to put an end to outdated customer care solutions that expect customers to spend valuable time waiting on hold, run through frustrating voice prompts, and find multiple ways of trying to contact businesses to resolve issues. Why should we not be able to experience customer satisfaction in a personalized, intuitive, immediate way via the device we cherish most – our mobile phones.
