Clinical Fox is a personal anaesthesia EMR (Electronic Medical Record) service designed for quick & secure capture of Australian patient, medical & billing data, then search, filtering, review and analysis. Clinical Fox can export digital billing 'cards' as PDF files for upload to your invoicing system.

All data is securely encrypted in our Sydney, Australia data centre.

- Quickly capture details for each case, even on the fastest-turnover highest-volume lists. Finalising your invoices at the end of the day for your practice or billing service can then be completed in only a few minutes.

- Whether entering an operative name or procedure, surgeon, hospital, or even patient names – Clinical Fox LEARNS from you to speed future data capture.
- Item numbers used for procedures previously entered are pre-filled. Surgeons are pre-associated with their hospitals and specialty categories. Even the mode of anaesthesia is pre-filled from past procedural records!

- One-touch adding of cases with just a start time, sticker photo or a note. No need to add further details until you have time.
- SWIPE RIGHT on a case record to set start & end times, add notes or stickers.

- Add document attachments or photos of notes to any record. Then simply export a PDF digital card for your billing service.
