ClipForms

ClipForms is a mobile app that replaces paper forms. Real estate agents, tradesman, hotels, inspectors, health professionals - anyone that uses paper forms - can now use ClipForms to capture data, photos and signatures on their mobile device via electronic forms.

Build your own form templates with the easy to use Form Builder. You can drag and drop required fields, populate dropdown lists and set business rules to improve the quality and timeliness of your data.

Add your related forms and content to a virtual Clipboard for fast, convenient access to current jobs or projects. Clipboards can be shared to enable more efficient team work.

The Dashboard displays weekly activity in the ClipForms Mobile App to help your team keep on top of performance targets. Forms that require attention are also highlighted for faster action.

Forms can be pre-populated by business systems or partially completed from head office and sent through to the field and vice versa. In-built workflow enables approval to be configured for forms prior to being accepted as complete by the mobile server.

ClipForms stores forms and content on the device - this enables work to be done in disconnected (remote) mode. Data will be synchronised with the mobile server once connectivity is restored. Completed forms are submitted back to the web console for delivery to office personnel and business systems.
