The CloudVisit Telemedicine app is designed to extend functionality of our web-based telemedicine offerings for both patients and providers. Through the app patients can sign into their existing CloudVisit accounts to do the following:
+ View a list of their healthcare providers
+ View a list of available appointment times
+ Request an appointment from their provider
+ Conduct video chat sessions with their providers
Providers can now access the CloudVisit Telemedicine service from their iOS devices and perform the following tasks:
+ Create available appointment times
+ Create appointments on behalf of a patient
+ Confirm / waive / cancel appointment requests
+ Conduct 1:1 video chat sessions with patients
