What is it about?

CoCal is an iPhone application that provides a feature rich productivity environment for you to manage your contacts and calendar events associated with personal and/or business groups and companies that you define. CoCal seamlessly integrates Apple Calendar and Address Book/Contacts to provide a more powerful combined capability. You define how you want to organize your contacts by associating them with one or more groups and/or with a company/departmental structure. Any groups or companies that you define are created in Apple Address Book/Contacts so you can use them there if you wish. At any level of CoCal group or company organization you can define calendar events. This means you can associate calendar events with a group, an individual in the group, a company, a department, or persons in the department. You are able to search all your CoCal events in more powerful ways by using the event name, group or company name, contact name, or location search filters. You can create new calendar events from within CoCal or you can include existing calendar events that you may have already defined before using CoCal. You are able to assign photos on groups, companies, departments and individuals, as well as on all your calendar events. These photos are able to be edited or replaced as you desire. Also you can send a group email or text message at once for any organizational level within a group or company you define. Additionally, there is a group maintenance capability that let's you delete any group that you might have created in Apple Address Book/Contacts but no longer wish to keep. All of these rich features are provided by CoCal.
