“CODA” is an exercise and recording app for 8-week programs created by ENT physicians (sleep specialist) to improve snoring and sleep apnea.
Coda's exercise consists of tongue, mouth and facial muscle strengthening which is called "Respiratory myofunctional therapy" and recognized that snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea are improved significantly.
These exercises have proven effective in both adults and children
Especially when,
- If snoring surgery is afraid
- For post-operative maintenance of pediatric and adult snoring
- Failure due to difficulty in wearing and maintaining continuous positive pressure therapy
- If you have a willingness to actively improve your snoring and want an alternative to surgery and pressure therapy
- Please do your “Coda” exercise every day! Steadily!
Introduction to exercise:
- 10 minutes exercise is performed for 8 weeks for 8 lessons every day.
- Each lesson is repeated 5 times a day for 10 seconds at a time.
It is important to follow the photographs of each operation and try to get the correct
posture as much as possible.
- When you perform the operation with the start button, the exercise time is automatically
recorded and stored.
- It will be helpful to keep “CODA training” steady for 3-6 months for the full effect of this
exercise.
