WHO WE ARE:
CODE 3 URGENT CARE is owned and operated by physicians board-certified in emergency medicine. See a specialist in emergency medicine on-demand and save time and money compared with going to a physical location and sitting in a waiting room. We will alert you when the doctor is free to see you.
CODE 3 TELEHEALTH is system to provide convenient care to new and former patients affordably. We accept most forms of insurance.

HOW IT WORKS:
We have multiple emergency room and urgent care clinics across Texas staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians. This network of physicians is available on demand to you during our urgent care operating hours. If you would like to see a Code 3 physician, you simply need to install our Code 3 Telehealth app, create an account, and request to be seen by a physician. Our secure app will alert one of our physicians that you are in our virtual waiting room and they will connect with you. The encounter typically takes just a few minutes. Our app is connected with an electronic prescribing system so we can send prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy of your choosing within minutes of the encounter.

URGENT CARE:
Many minor illnesses can be easily diagnosed and treated after an internet-facilitated consultation. Don’t spend your afternoon in the waiting room on and urgent care clinic; just use the Code 3 Telehealth app and we will alert you when the doctor is ready to see you!

Examples of conditions we can treat by telehealth:
Urinary tract infections, sinus infections, colds, sore throat, stomach bugs, ear aches, insect bites, minor skin infections, influenza, rashes, and more.

Examples of conditions we cannot treat by telehealth:
Chest pain, significant abdominal pain, pregnancy-related complaints, neurologic complaints including headaches or weakness, possible broken bones or major trauma, or psychiatric complaints. If you think you may be having an emergency, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

TRAVEL HEALTH
We also can provide travel health consults if you are about to take an international trip. We can advise you of vaccine recommendations and requirements based upon your country of travel and prescribe useful medications to take with you on your trip to treat traveler’s diarrhea, motion and sea sickness, and help protect you against serious infections such as malaria. Our physician will discuss your itinerary and review the recommendations based upon the country or countries of travel. Don’t let a once-in-a-lifetime trip get ruined by a lack of travel health planning; get a travel health consult today!
