(Requires you to install a server application on Exchange - ask your Exchange admin to download and install the server application from http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-folders).

CodeTwo Exchange Folders lets you synchronize contact, calendar and task folders from ALL public and personal mailboxes (including yours and other users’) present on your company’s Microsoft Exchange Server, doing away with the annoying Microsoft Exchange limitation of being able to synchronize only your personal Outlook folders.
